Its simple..
it my considerate view that the Minister of Justice, EFCC and ICPC are incompetent as regards getting judjements in court on alleged corruption cases
If this administration ever attempts to try Dasuki in open court, with his privileges as a citizen….i cannot discount Dasuki will walk away FREE.
The constitution and laws of Nigeria are clear, every citizen is INNOCENT until PROVEN guilty…the word is PROVEN….NOT on social media and the press BUT in a competent Court of Law…The emphasis seems to be placed on dramatic arrest and press releases…..rather than competent prosecution.
The Buhari legal infrastructure has lots of TV and social media noise makers but very few legal brains…..its not by noise, its by competence…..The SAN title does not translate to infallibility. The Buhari Administration should be thankful their current legal team is performing far better than the PDP opposition which is …….yes incompetent.
Overall shoddy prosecution is worse than doing nothing…..
