The BREXIT and elections of Donald Trump were against the polling results obtained. In essence, the polling got it wrong.
The French elections are so consequential. France and Germany are the pillers of the EU (and SHENGEN) agreements. Should France turn hard Right, then the EU will break especially its open borders.
There are already warning with elections of Right leaning governments in Poland, Hungary, the rise in anti- immigration party in Germany and the Netherlands and narrow loss of a Right wing party in Austria.
As the Bloomberg poll below shows, respondents to that poll lean Right to Marie Le Pen.
