Nigeria’s brand new trains powering the rail service from Abuja to Kaduna breaks down after leaving from Abuja.
The Train service was recommissioned by President Buhari in July 2016…its broken down in December 2016…clearly these are new locomotives and tracks, so the fault point to human error or lack of maintenance.
If we cannot manage a train for six months…..can we manage a $29.9b loan?
