If the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission Chairman cannot give a definite answer on how much has been recovered by the EFCC….Then why is he there? where do we get this answer from?
Does he understand how his answer projects him and his organisation? Can you imagine asking a banker how much is in his vault, and he says ….”I dont know”
Does it mean recovered funds can be round tripped, placed in FGN Treasury Bills, earn 20%…then returned?…its possible because the EFCC Chairman does not know how much he has recovered. I management i learned that “what is not measured, does not exist”…
